Snacks

Students are permitted to have a snack in class daily.  Students need to bring a snack from home each day. 

Pizza Thursdays (Currently on Hold)

Each Thursday, your child has the opportunity to participate in “Pizza Thursday”. Your child can have either one or two slices of pizza and a bottle of water each week.  Coupons are paid for in advance and the students use their coupons weekly to “purchase” their pizza and water.

Lunch with Lou

Our hot lunch program at JCOS is called “Lunch with Lou.”  

To order lunch, please go to the “Lunch with Lou” website at: www.lunchwithlou.com, add your child as a “member” and make his/her choices for the month. Orders must be placed for an entire month in one transaction, and a fifteen dollar minimum is required per month. All entrées come with the option of adding a fruit and/or snack and a choice of beverage, at an additional charge.

In order to access your online account, view your lunch options, make your selections for the month, and pay your balance, you will need to first set up an account on the website. Below are the steps to get started:

1.     Go to www.lunchwithlou.com
2.     Click “Log in/New Account”
3.     Click “Create an Account”
4.     Type in your first and last name, email address and school code: 7F29NU

Lunch from Home

Students also have the option of bringing their own lunch from home. There is a microwave available for students who bring their lunch from home.
